This testing probe is used to verify the protection against access to hazardous parts through top openings.It meets IEC, EN, UL and CSA Standards, including IEC 1010, IEC60065, EN61010-1, UL3101-1, and CSA 1010-1.

HT-I20，HT-I21 20N socket protection door probe strictly complies with GB2099.1 - 2008 and IEC884 - 1.2002 related standards. It is specially designed to check whether the live parts inside the socket protection door are touched to ensure the safety of electricity use.

This probe made of stainless steel and nylon, the sphere made of stainless steel, the baffle and handle made of nylon. The diameter of sphere is 50mm. Baffle diameter is 45mm. Baffle thickness is 4 mm. Handle diameter is 10mm. Handle length is 100mm. It has no force, but there is an M6 threaded hole at the end of the handle to connect the push-pull meter.

The test hook complies with IEC60065. It is used to test whether the dangerous electric parts can be touched. The test hook is “hooked” into vents and seams in the enclosure & then pulled with a force (usually 20N). The hook has a hole at its long end, for use in conjunction with a PFI series Force Gauge. It is made entirely of stainless steel.

The test pin is used to do the scratch resistant test of the electrical solid insulation surface. It conforms to the standard requirement of IEC60335-1 clause 21.

These two test probe separately confirm to the IEC60884-1 figure 9 and figure 10.The HT-I20 test probe with 20N force is used to test whether the live parts inside can be touched. The HT-I21 test probe with 1N force is for testing whether the live parts with the protection of socket can be touched.
