Product Introduction

BPT-005 adopts modular design, integrating dual rail safety structure and SUS304 stainless steel inner box (thickness 1.2mm), covered with cold-rolled steel plate paint (1.5mm), with both impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment has a built-in electric lifting system, supports digital height control (accuracy ±1mm), and is equipped with a 316 stainless steel cross bar with a diameter of 15.8mm to ensure impact verticality and test consistency. It is operated through an independent control cabinet (distance 1-2 meters) to reduce noise interference, and is equipped with a φ150mm exhaust vent and lighting system to monitor the test process in real time and ensure operational safety.

  • Double safety protection: dual rail power-off protection, the impact hammer automatically locks when the power is off at any position to prevent accidental falling.
  • High-precision impact control: the impact height is adjustable from 25 to 1000mm, the display accuracy is ±1mm, and it supports the free fall of 9.1kg/10kg weights, with an error of ≤±5mm.
  • Fireproof and explosion-proof design: the wire sleeve is a metal fireproof tube to suppress the risk of combustion; the box is equipped with a pressure relief port at the rear, which automatically releases pressure in the event of an explosion to protect the safety of equipment and personnel.
  • Intelligent monitoring system: The PLC touch screen displays parameters in real time, equipped with a tempered explosion-proof observation window (250×200mm) and a test hole, and supports temperature and pressure data collection.
  • Convenient maintenance: the impact weight can be quickly replaced to avoid secondary impact errors; the exhaust port is connected to a high-power exhaust fan to efficiently remove exhaust gas.
