Product Introduction

BPT-006 is equipped with a hydraulic transmission system, with a pressure accuracy of ±1.0kg, a sensor resolution of one ten-thousandth, a compression space of 300×400×300mm, and is compatible with cylindrical (diameter parallel to the plate), square (rotated 90° for extrusion), and soft-pack batteries. The SUS304 stainless steel inner cavity (1.5mm thick) is corrosion-resistant, and the cold-rolled steel plate outer body (painted) is rust-proof and adaptable to 0-30℃ environment. The independent control cabinet (1-2 meters away from the chamber) reduces noise (<60dB), is equipped with LED lighting and a 150mm exhaust fan, monitors the test process in real time, and the exhaust gas discharge rate is ≥95%, providing reliable protection for battery safety testing.
