VEAT-002 diffusion pump unit is designed for vacuum tube furnaces, precision laboratory equipment and small closed containers. It is equipped with a 280L/s main pumping speed diffusion pump and a 3L/s front stage rotary vane pump. The ultimate vacuum degree reaches 2.5×10⁻⁴Pa, and supports flexible switching of KF40/KF25 dual exhaust ports. It is equipped with oil mist filtration, water temperature alarm and power-off automatic protection functions, and complies with ISO 9001 and IEC 60255 standards.
